Sounds like to the 2 x 4 to the back of the head may have worked. Seems to me they have received the message loud and clear...the gravy train is over and now it's time to start producing. They've had the last 10 years or so to spend like drunken sailors, now it's time to sober up start kicking some butt. Hopefully they are up to the task. First task, get the vaccine plant completed and producing on time!
