Mr. Botes did not leave the company in 2010 as you stated, but several years earlier.. He does not have any professional designation that we could find after reading his resume on AXI's website years ago. The word "engineer" refers to production engineer and not p.eng., though at the time, there were two other South Africans on staff who did, in fact , have p.eng, and p.geo designations. Mr. Botes also has no experience whatsoever that we could ascertain with regard to designing, building, or operating a mine at the executive level, or really on the exploration side at all.
Which makes me wonder why you would claim he was such a loss to the company. I have never been one to question anyone's motivation, as it generally does not matter, but your comments are generally intriguing.
As to the sp. Up or down.. It is all about what people perceive, not what actually is. As long as Roche Bay continues to be a partner, and we do not actually see the finalization of the JV, it is a pig in a poke.
It is tightly held.. What I would look for is consistent high volumes, no circular trading over a few days period, and lots and lots of small to medium sized orders...again....not circular ones. Either skewed on the sell or the buy side, but not balancing out over a few day period.
