RE: PerspectiveEarnings are more like $60 million a year imo because you need to tax them at 30%. I believe Wi-LAN will start paying taxes halfway through next year so investors will need to take this into consideration when applying multiples to the earnings.
If you assume this run rate you get ~
.50 in EPS on a go forward basis. This does not assume new potential deals, however there is no way to know when these will take place.
I believe the low end of the trading rage is ~8x EPS so $4 per share. Adding the cash of ~$1.60 gets you to $5.60.
Almost there now, but lack of news (and potentially a declining macro situation) could take it lower.
