RE: CEO Bought 4 Million Shares @$1.07...Let's not crap on the new guy.  He may be on the right track or he might not.  ATW changed names to Redhill or something,  There is no doubt that some Venture exchange companies are run in questionable ways.  One of the benefits of these blogs is to keep a handle on this kind of thing.
