The only reason to sell now is if you think the PEA will be delayed, or macro factors will take over the market (ala 2007-2008), or you are on glue.

No way IMO will the PEA be late, management has said numerous times "out before the new year" and that has never changed. Its only a matter of time until we are shown some cards.
