the market

the marketYou are so right...The whole market is crashing..Look at FEO..It went down......ah.......well, I guess it did not actually drop yestereday. But do not let that get in the way of casitgating someone for stating a differing opinion.

What people should be concerned about her is what will happen if AXI defaults on the debenture...A debenture is a powerful tool for a creditor, and particularily if the debenture holder is linked to the source of retirement of the debenture.  Personally I could not believe AXI managment would put themselves in such a position, \

Issuing a debenture without a guaranteed revenue stream is very very risky. On the other hand, it does present a potential win -win for the debenture holders...If all goes well, they convert. If not they get the company at a firesale price..So where does that put all the other shareholders?

I originally posted this as a buy at .25.  In view of the current situation, I think that may need a revision downward.
