To be quite Candid Zedman, I hold such a small position in AXI right now, that it was not worth the bother to confirm all the facts.  Perhaps one of those who do in depth DD can post who is the debenture holder, and what is the plan to retire it, and what the consequences of a default would be to the shareholders of the company.

But to answer you question, if the facts are confirmed,,Yes.

Two things I found odd.One is to have gone through the whole process of issuing a debenture when there was supposedly all this money waiting to arrive from the JV partner.  And debentures can be wicked bad against shareholders in the event of a default.. The second why no one on this board who claims diligent DD, made any real mention of the debenture and its retaled issues..
