Trading Halt

Trading HaltFrom what I can see there was no reason to halt this stock on the news which came out. However, I think the deal was done on Monday but something happened late Monday or early Tuesday to spoil it. It's probably the reason McBean saw a notice of resumption of trading Tuesday which was subsequently pulled.
