RE: RE: Market Factors Notwithstanding....They are talking about using Silvercrest as the model.  Borrow everything for the feasibility study.  Borrow everything for development.  Issue equity after production.  Really depends on the quality of the project and how much credibility Brownlie has with the lenders.
