Granada Gold Mine Inc. is a Canada-based junior natural resource company. The principal business of the Company is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral property interests. The Company is engaged in developing and exploring its 100% owned Granada Gold Property near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, which is adjacent to the Cadillac Break. The Granada Gold Property is located five kilometers south of the mining community of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. The property includes the former Granada Gold underground mine. The Company owns about 14.73 square kilometers of land from a combination of mining leases and claims. The Granada deposit is a quartz-vein mesothermal gold deposit hosted by late Archean Timiskaming sedimentary rock and younger syenite porphyry dykes.

RE: Ex-dividendhey steadfast...1 for 85 = 1.2% divi...if the current sp were to reflect the divi, it'd drop from 0.16 to 0.158...so somehow i don't think the csm spinoff is a key sp driver here ;-)...unless of course it flies out of the blocks and gbb's stake becomes worth a lot...which is v v v v unlikely given the fact that juniors are back to 2007-2008 valuations in relative terms...so more likely the opposite will happen i.e. csm shares get dumped and it shows up the whole effort to have a been one big diversion of time, resources and expectation...just sayin' sjm
