Latest News - Important NWM

Latest News - Important NWMI cannot believe that NWM issued almost 50 million shares for 8 cents and dillutes the shares by 10%. There is so much BS it makes me sick. Why wouldn't they sell a 10% stake in the company to another mining company instead to pull them in and maximize the shareholders value by bringing in experienced companies and people. This is clearly a deperate move by large investors that hold the shares to buy into a dream and save their money. Don't get me wrong, the fact they could raise some money is good. However, why didn't they issue 50 million shares at 12 or 15 cents when they could. They seem to be making dumb move after dumb move and very desperate moves. If they don't want to go bankrupt, they are going to have to make serious progress soon. No company would sell shares at that ridiculous price to stay a float. They may have well sold the company on EBAY. Shameful...I actually hope that they can pull off the impossible and soon for the sake of happy shareholders at Christmas. A company with the assets and reserves that they claim to have should be in better shape. They either need the current management to shape up or find and appoint new mangement. This is ridiculous and becoming a joke. A lesson for the CEO "say the truth and don't hold back on what you did wrong if you want to ever have credibility." People and shareholders can except mistakes...but lies and silence in the face of reality is CRAP.
