RE: Penny stocks

RE: Penny stocksandras1944, Your post is certainly not without merit. If you could write a book about investing in penny stocks, then it's fair to say that I could write an encyclopedia. I bought my first personal computer in 1988 and it helped me amass a few centimes during the tech bubble. I don't know a great deal about software, but I'm quite savvy at internet search. A little historical information for the uninitiated investor of TNG is in order.Transgaming is the end result of what's known in the business as a reverse takeover by Taos Capital Inc. of Montreal, Québec. Wikipedia provides a basic education on the subject. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover.Pay particular attention to the warning of June 9, 2011 by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission which issued a bulletin cautioning investors of companies of reverse mergers, stating that they may be prone to fraud and other abuses. There's a much bigger story here, but I don't have the time this evening. Stay tuned!
