" They are not that dumb to give that much of the company away at $.15 cents... my guess is $2.5 - $3 million gets raised here and close it off at that... no way $7.5 will be getting raised here. My opinion anyways and as someone said, the intent is to keep the float pretty close to the same after the old warrants expire December 17th. "
