Here is the full text and they do make a few good points which have bugged me in the past...... i.e. never ending supply of options, I think they just gave the newest director 750,000 ... Furthermore I've never thought much of Kendra and I've always thought John should be independent of the BOD.... But I really like John as the CEO... But the CEO reports to the BOD which ultimately works for the shareholders .
