AAA / FED Merger TheoryGood afternoon Karmanow. I will format this post to make it easier to debate. I know it
will ruffle a lot of feathers on this board.
.
SouthBoulder has 2 potash open pit mining deposits. One of them extends over onto
FED land. FED will be drilling there soon to determine how large it is and if there are
more of them. See page 4 on the attached link.
.
The Samarian Block is south of FED, which is south of the SouthBoulders potash deposits. I
believe it is safe to say that FED has a better chance of having the shallow potash and more of it.
.
I believe AAA will not receive any more financial backing, buyouts or takeoff agreements
until
FED has proven up thier potash resources. Step outside of the box and first pretend you are
a AAA financial backer and do the same as a potential potash buyer.
.
If AAA mergers with FED.
- we will control a majority of the potash basin.
- we will be easier to acquire from a major mining giant or country. ( mining giants hate the regulatory work )
- we will have much more publicity
- we will have only minor dilution ( if any )
- we will have even lower mining costs ( wait for more FED drilling results first )
.
AAA's financial backers have only spent pocket change so far. If they see that they can save
a million dollars off of mining construction costs and produce cheaper potash, they will tell
Farhad to merge.
.
As far as FED financing, they have enough to carry them over to the 43-101 report which is sometime
at the beginning of the new year. So far the hole assays have been great which should allow them
to raise more capital when the time comes. On a side note; how the hell did PPI just get financing
when they have nothing to show after all this time?
.
I have learned a lot from AAA and many of the great posters here. I would just like to say thanks
to you all.
Disclosure: I own AAA and FED.
