RE: tryte

RE: tryte

I agree. If i just put my shares up at $4 i don't think anyone would take notice. I am talking about a collective group of us putting millions of shares up with in a day or two. I think the only way this would happen would be if some of the institutional investors like Sprott were on board.

Its hard to imagine the share price taking any more of a hit than it already has but i can see Severstal capitializing on any lawsuits against HRG. They won't put out any good press releases, but i bet they would release negative news and snap up even more shares with money they borrowed from us. I would rather see us as a group rally and find a way to extract maximum value from our shares than have an expensive court battle that will drag out and may not give us what we all really want from our shares. Hopefully someone with a lot more experience than me will come up with some plan.

Critical made a good point in his post. I think a class action lawsuit could work but again i think it would be a lot more successful with backing from the institutions.  No matter what method is used, I want this to play out as soon as possible just like everyone else so we can move on with different investments.

I actually reached someone on the board of directors at HRG, and he said he would pass my email along to our CEO for a response so i will see if anything comes of that. I can always dream.
