Probably that this stock under 1.30 is a solid bargain. If I had book I'd have been buying when it went under 1.27. Others may be looking for CHM to repeat last years rally to +3.00. I know I'd like to see a run to that and above, but honestly I am more interested in seeing this through for a longer term for higher returns.
