Prospective Resources.

Prospective Resources.

Real Oil-Men do not talk about prospective resources, for it is a bit like believing in Santa and the tooth fairy.

One could easily say that Chia has a prospective resource of 1 Billion barrels as 3 Billion barrels.

Prospective resource is a very poor indication of value.

It is a bit like wishing Santa is coming to buy LFD for Christmas.

This is why Good40 has such a hard time dealing with valuations from posters. For sure he is far to wise to believe in Santa.

It takes years of experience to put a price tag on a property like Chia and a lot has to do with synergy to other properties, reduced risk and CAPEX, proven oil and proximity to other prospect targets.

I hope everyone got lots of presents from Santa !  It is fun to talk about, but I doubt any serious person would take money out of their wallet and bet on Santa coming.
