Sleazy? If so then all companies must have sleazy management???

3P you implied that management were withholding news until they could issue options. That is sleazy. Granting options to management is fine, as you say, it is an incentive for them to perform. But the way you phrased it was a poor choice. Do you agree there is no connection between news flow and options granting? That one is not conditional on the other?
