Your worries and skepticism is warranted, but it can be applied to pretty much all stocks.

With Cline and with New Elk in particular, have you ever wondered why management is starting up a mine the way that they are doing. Think about it, it makes no business sense. They have an existing mine and seam that they can exploit and make money from, and yet they choose not to. Instead, they raise more money to start a new portal. Even before they can start mining the existing and this new Blue Seam, they spend more money again to commission a study for a longwall. Would you start a business this way? Does it make any sense? Or, could this be a 'turnkey' operation. Just speculating.
