Hi all,

 

  Further to my last post, did a little digging on Promon Engenharia (the engineering contractors for Maracas) - all looks very positive to me.  They've been in the industry in Brazil since the 1960s, and been involved in some very serious projects over the years...I don't think that Maracas will pose too much of a challenge for them...maybe Q1 2013 startup isn't so unrealistic after all!
