What is a reasonable takeover price?

Grandich said in a recent radio interview that he was buying and if there was a takeover that the takeover share price " would be at least a multiple of one, maybe two" from the current price.

If he is right, it sounds like a pretty good investment with a very solid risk/reward ratio.
