Options Issue

Options Issue

As Jarosik says, it's better that they issue options as compensation instead of cash as it does not cost us anything. The 3M options work out to approx 2% of  the total shares issued.  That too they will have to pay
.74 ps. as well

So its only worth it to them if they work to increasing the SP and  only the profits they make only would truly be their compensation.  Thus it's good for the shareholders as the management would work hard to increase value.

As for yesterday's price movement, it could be that the market sniifed that there was a press release coming out and mistook it for the PFS report and that's why the SP moved to as high as
.95 and then moved back down to
.85 when it learnt of the actual press release.

If so, this should give you an indication of the price movement to come when the acrtual report comes out.

Having said that, it's my plan to ignore all these noises that will go on for the next 1.5 years and hang in there until the company is fully operational which should be it's full value by then.

LOL
