You mean you dont agree with me all the time Flex? I got dupped into thinking that PEM management was different then the rest.

I had promised myself that i wouldn't make this mistake the last time a vulture exchange company had honest and true managment that were able to deal witht he predatotors.

WRONG!!! again and again and again.. the worst part is there were many warning signs like the land deal and mineral royalties and the cheap pp a couple years ago. never learn...
