Not just any insider, but Alex, and orgy, you may be ROTFLMAO but there's nothing funny (as in humorous) here.
Alex is actually buying up UBS shares and increasing his voting power at these dirt cheap prices. Come the next AGM he will vote all his shares to install "his" board and if he wins in all likelyhood he will make the UBS and Look lawsuits disappear.
