November Yeah, I get the frusteration, however when I talk to them I'm left with a feeling that they are trying to under promise and over deliver. I've also had experiences where IR blows smoke up my nether regions, outright lies and I paid for it financially. Its always a tough ride between NRs but its all part of it.
