Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: The elephant in the room.

I beleive they will require about 0.08 per kwh, to cover the suggested 10% interest on the siazeable loan.

In addition, that would allow for a higher coal price, as the Chandgana Mine will need cash to pay for its  development and operating costs. In any event, I feel that they need more than $15.50/tonne for the coal.

Will the Power Plant be JV'd?. If so, the contract must be iron clad, as 2% annual rise in the coal price might be a stumbling block, especially if the JV were terminated in the future.

If they get 8 cents per kwh, the money will stay in Mongolia. Mongolia can give subsidies to their working and needy citizens. In the end it will pay off.
