Ugh...I hate to sound like a broken record, but stuck, you truly, seriously, just gotta, don't delay and call today Jeff in IR. I will give you one gem and the rest you have to go digging by calling IR. The reason for the financing is they didn't want to engage in a hand-to-mouth way of running the business. They could have tapped the finances gained from the wells, but that would be fool hardy. Instead they got financing they could tap off of and the reason for the price they fetched was the global economy crap which everyone by now knows about. Had they waited till later, Im sure they could have fetched a higher price. However, it is what it is and the financers got a deal. So, the rest is up to you to call and find out what their long term plans are. Guesses and fears of sp collapse will just keep you up at night. Personally, I sleep like a baby - thats what going to the horses mouth can do and I suggest you do the same.
