News release today

So here's a summary:

1)  Hiring more directors (great more $ out the door)

2)  Still have no idea when the BCSC is going to allow CFO to trade (Who is the BCSC protecting?  Not the shareholders)

3)  BCSC had more questions that needed clarifying.  (WTF???)
