Thanks for the update NUstart.  Glad to hear the 43-101 is still expected in Q1.  I was worried that it would be perceived as a negative if it was delayed.  My concern was obviously more short term related.  I  thought it would extend this consolidation pattern under $3 for another 6 months.  In the long term, I think Management's interests are fully aligned with the shareholders and we'll all be just fine!
