Nov. 9 they put out a news releasee outlining third quarter production results.  Nov. 14th they put out a news release outlinging third quarter financials.

 

They do put out separate news releases - at least they have in the past.  One could complain that production results would be available more than a week ahead of financials, but that's not what seems to be what people are complaining about here.
