Hopefully it does.   This stock has been stagnant for years after falling off a cliff in 08/09.      The original intent of proving the out the THC alternate delivery method seems to have been lost in the new CEO's drive to "de-risk" (stupid mean-nothing buzz-word.) the subligual morphine delivery.

 

.045 today.   wonder what is driving the price as nothing new out
