RE: RE: Deceptive

RE: RE: Deceptive

Was Adriana's July 2009 MOU with WISCO? The press release does not name the steelmaker and the MOU also seemed to involve Adriana's prospective Brazilian seaport, quite a different deal from the one ADI and WISCO eventually signed. Do you have evidence that this unnamed steelmaker is WISCO?

*

Adriana's framework deal with WISCO was announced in January 17, 2011.

A joint venture agreement was announced on December 19, 2011.

The agreement was closed on January 12, 2012. So from salad to signing to the check in a little less than a year.

*

AXI's framework deal with XinXing was announced on September 27, 2010.

No joint venture agreement in 16 months since framework was signed.

AXI is obviously moving much more slowly than Adriana, once you discount the phantom 2009 MOU with unnamed steelmaker.
