Of course, one will never see a judge continuing to supply his services without being assured of payment.
To refuse to pay a judge or to ask a judge to take an adjustment in pay would be an act of intereference with :"judicial independence". Judges still think like lawyers; in fact, judges used to be lawyers before they were benched.
