I don't know why so many are being negative about this share swap deal.  If Mordy wants liquidity on the LSE, he needs more shares outstanding.  Let's give him what he wants!

So I say, help the Gent out - I'll take a share swap at 1:1.  I'm happy with that, Mordy gets his needed liquidity and total control.    I'll sell my shares on the Pink Sheets and get the cash.
