Yak:  I agree with you that prognoz is what Mordy wants based on the many court appeals that has been filed since the Feb/11 bankruptcy ruling on prognoz.  Also, since 2008, Severstal's annual reports has listed a 50% ownership in prognoz.  In 2008, Mordy only owned 50% of HRG which owned 50% of prognoz; unless he bought into prognoz from the other 50% owners??  I will only sell my shares above $4,  if Mordy wants them.
