Lots of upside here as they are sandbagging their projections just like renegade petroleum did (I don't blame them as the past two years were brutal in the spring and early summer - but thus far this year an extremely mild and light snow filled winter and hopefully a normal spring (knock on wood) should prevent these issues from happening again this year). 

The Company has incorporated a significant reduction in second quarter volumes to account for the possibility of an extended spring break up in its Williston Basin core area.  Legacy expects to exit 2012 at approximately 17,900 Boe per day, representing 10 percent growth from 2011 exit rate guidance.
