They're trying to get you to give up your shares cheap less than a month before the 43-101 & PEA.  They'll try and suppress the price and add as much as possible until they know themselves they better get in and stop playing since news is imminent.

 

Just look at the action on GCU trading at 52 week lows at $1.75 - $1.85 2 weeks before their supposed 43-101.  Now the share price is at $2.75, insider buying is rampant and anticipation about the 43-101 brewing.

 

I was one who added GCU @ $1.80, got impatient and gave it away under $2.35.  I won't be making the same mistake on TRR.

 

If the story hasn't changed and no bad news has come just realize this is the Venture and it's monkey business.  If we saw 2 M shares come in and dump us off to $3 this might be worrisome but this is a low volume sell off.  TRR was up 5 weeks in a row almost 25% and now we've consolidated and sold off 10%.  Watch for us to bounce off support in the $3.20 range and re-test $4 just in time for the 43-101 and PEA.  I can't see us staying under $3.50 for next week.
