Grade is King

Grade is King

V.CO is up about 60% in the last couple of days, on massive volume (over 7 million shares traded). Why? Because investors love a deposit with 35% iron. Iron ore is a high volume, margins-based business, and higher grade ore helps with margins.

*

A deposit with 26% iron is just not sexy (or economic).

*

Does the Roche Bay deposit have the lowest total iron content of any iron ore deposit in Canada currently in development? I think so, I can't think of another junior with lower than 26% iron. Tell me if there is one.
