Technical Indicators for ISA
Technical Indicators for ISA Volatility..........................Bolinger bands - tighter than normal, this condition implies period of rising volatility in near future.........................Bearish indicators for ISA))))) Relative strentgh - tells that over past years ISA was one of the worst stocks to own in Canada. 10 day moving average set a 10 days low and now lies below 50 days moving average..........................Bullish indicators for ISA))))) ADXDMI indicator shows confirmed uptrend despite today's drop in price. Both fast and slow stochastic oscillators crossed line below 20 this indicates oversold condition as well as implies that current downtrend is not sustainable ( that means that we can expect a pause ar retracement, before next pricetrend movement). The final indicator tells me that price of the share as of today lies more than 10% below 20 day moving average. The indicator shows rare condition of the stock and often is met with reversion back. Now is time for my higly biased comments))))) ISA issued over 170 mln shares and on the volume 170 K shares today ( and 30% of this amount were buys!!!!!) the market capitalisation of ISA went almost 15% down. No wonder that on my screen ISA popped out as a screming buy. And that means that ISA popped out on some other screens too. The stock went to much, to fast down. We will see whether this will translate into more buying next few days. Now (assuming that this stock is being manipulated pricewise) the indicators tell me about two possible scenerios ONE))) Something is cooking in ISA boardroom between "strange birds" with intriquing credentials. God, I love the line, LOL. TWO)))) Mistake on the part of the trader, trading this security ( As a trader you want to avoid popping out the indicators on the screen the way they popped out). In my biased mind I'm more inclined to the scenerio number ONE. This is speculation, but in my opinion (highly biased opinion ) market conditions are being made to roll out in near future lowballed offer to test retailers willingness to sell shares cheaply. Cheers and good luck to everybody.
