Anyone with even half a brain (so I understand how you got so confused) can see I said "the" PP not all PP's or every PP so if you understood the English language at all you'd know that means I'm talking about a specific PP ( as in the current POP one) as this is the POP board. I assumed readers would apply common sense. I suppose in retrospect I should have included a picture drawn in crayon for you.

Which month you ask? Well read the statement again dummy and apply a little common sense fool. I'm obviously referring to the current month in which we are.
