You didn't mention that Sandstorm continues to receive the stream even after the 5 year repayment, for the life of the mine. That's the beauty of the streaming model. Everything after the repayment is free. In the mean time, they can re-invest the cash received on new streams.

I think that should be 30kt/month rather than 30t/month since the Rosa mine would be producing 120kt/year or 10kt/month. 750k$/month x 12 = 9 million/year for a company market cap of 117 million is not bad for a single stream. Multiply that by several streams and they would be getting back a third of their market cap in cash every year.
