This looks like the same XinXing news release from January 7th, recycled by a news service. Is there anything new? No, it just says XinXing is establishing a Hong Kong subsidiary to invest in AEI. That news was out last month.

There's no new press release on XinXing's website or on any of the reputable business newswires. This new release looks bogus.
