I'm not very concerned about the DTWR%, but if it does matter (technical experts please weigh in), then Kami at 37.8% has both Labmag and Kemag beat by far (both around 26%).

Final concentrate percentage and pellet production is a choice by companies usually. ADV could produce 70% iron concentrate at Kami, but there are disadvantages (increasing opex, etc). Same thing with pellets--ADV is choosing not to build a pellet plant to avoid the capex charge.
