just more indication that this is a really solid investment. I dont see anything but appreciation from here, we can all argue how much appreciation but we can probably all agree its a steal right now. between their equity and debt we've probably already spent $600-$700 million. I'm backing up the truck, we'll all kick ourselves in 24 months for not buying more at these levels.
