However, in the past, they've had trouble sceduling meetings---forget to put stuff in agenda, then can't talk about that stuff cause not enuf notice given.
They've also planned some meetngs where they post the date----but not time or location.
When they do post location, they've run into not having enuf people to follow all attendees home.
Once they decide on doing something--like the name change they were authorized to make, at a meeting, several yrs ago---they appear to be unable to execute.
Much behaviour to which there should be put a halt, Walt--
