I have C$94 for Edmonton Par (lite) posting on Imperial Oil for the 13th Feb vs US $101 for Nymex at Cushing so the Edmonton refiners are still offering a decent price. If you are shipping heavy or synthetic bit out of province to the US you are going to get screwed. You must remember Horizon being off line to late march (ovr 100,000 BOPD) is helping the situation.
