I'm going to refine it to 4 cents exactly, as the resistance price level. This based on this weekly chart:

The stock stopped twice at 4 cents a few years ago. And despite going past 4 cents in 2011, most of the volume was under 4 cents. I can get the trading stats on one high volume week in early 2011 which shows the stock reaching 5 cents. I will double check that.

Even though the stock did reach 6 cents in 2011, it was not technically a breakout beyond the 4 cent resistance level. That's why it came back to the 2 cent support level. So if the stock is to go up for real, it must pass 4 cents, on a good multi-million trade week.
