MK will pay as little as they can, if this is even being considered. The $1 billion construction costs and loans should be a good indicator as to minimum value but other than on "spec" we have never traded at true value. I know some will point their fingers at management on that one but they will be wrong.

 

Any bid above $1.50 by MK would surprise me and should be an insult to any knowledgeable investor here. To me there is no appropriate bid amount below $5 a share at present by the time they add in the manganese. JMHO
