Afri-Can Marine agreement to acquire Thyme Investments

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation in connection with an arm's-length agreement between International Dredging and Mining Holdings Ltd. (IMDH), BV Investments Four Hundred and Nine (Pty.) Ltd. (BVI) and Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corp. dated Sept. 22, 2010, as amended on Oct. 4, 2010, Dec. 30, 2010, Feb. 15, 2011, Nov. 11, 2011, and Jan. 26, 2012, in connection with an option to purchase 100 per cent of the shares of Thyme Investments (Pty.) Ltd. The agreement between the parties will exclude all liabilities and the only assets to be held by Thyme will be the exploration and prospecting licence 3403 issued by Republic of Namibia and related technical data. The licence covers an area of 800 square kilometres and is situated in Namibia.
